The new tools and processes I instituted allowed us to quickly and consistently deliver high-quality specs for dozens of projects, while keeping morale high. At the time I left, Clumio’s product had a net promoter score of 86. Ease of use one of its top selling points and was routinely cited as a competitive advantage by our sales force.
